RESULTS DAY.

Saturday, 18 August 2018

So, a few days ago it was A Level results day and with the grades A*AC I got into my first choice uni doing the course of my dreams! I'll be studying Fashion Marketing from September which, at the moment, seems quite surreal as I've wanted to do a fashion-based degree for as long as I can remember. I can't wait to learn about the business behind fashion in an amazing city. Now I've got to make that all important trip to IKEA and get prepared for moving away.
Whilst at uni I'm going to aim to increase the amount of blogposts depending on my timetable, workload and how everything generally pans out - I'm looking forward to posting more outfits and seeing how I can work my blog into uni life.

After heading into college to pick up the paper copy of my results, me and my family went out for a meal to celebrate. The weather was a lot cooler than it's been recently so I plumped for a new winter addition in my wardrobe. This jumper caught my eye when I was in Primark simply because it doesn't look as though it would be from Primark. The contrasting textures between the sleeves and the body of the jumper combined with the balloon sleeves creates an expensive feel and fashion-forward piece, something you don't tend to find in Primark. Although saying that, the subject of my previous blogpost was the hat that I've put together with this jumper which is also from the store. I tend to avoid Primark due to their infamous poor quality and lack-lustre, mass produced clothing but these two pieces stood out to me. Anyone who knows me knows that I love anything with a high neckline so this ticks another box for me with this jumper.

As Winter draws in I can't pretend that I'm not excited to get back to wearing big coats and layers but hopefully they'll be a few more weeks of sunshine left! I'm off to Budapest in a couple of days so sunshine is pretty much guaranteed :)
