HAPPY NEW YEAR!
2017 was one of the most influential and significant years of my life. It was a year which shared its fair share of ups and downs. I learnt A LOT and feel as though I really developed as a person. Although there was a mixture of good and bad, every experience taught me something which I'll take into this year.
-This year I became even closer to my incredible circle of friends which I didn't even deem possible. I'm incredibly lucky - it's been a difficult year for all of us but we've got through it together <3
-I've been to some great gigs and cherished every moment.
-I visited the one place on earth I'd always dreamed of going - New York. Most certainly the holiday of a lifetime and 10 days I will never ever forget.
-I lost two of my beautiful family members which was obviously devastating and something that has really shaped last year for me and my family. They're greatly missed but are now in a better place.
-I applied to Uni and got all my offers back!
-I turned 18 and had THE BEST weekend of my entire life surrounded by some absolute gems.
-I've some how managed to just about pull through and survive the majority of my college life whilst doing pretty well - just the last quarter to go now AHH.
-I've met some amazing people who I'm sure will be a big part of my 2018
-After two years and three months I left my part time job working in retail at Office to focus of exams meaning I've been able to have an incredible Christmas, surrounding myself with my favourite people.
-And three days before this year came to a close I was asked to be a bridesmaid for my amazing cousin! So happy for her and her absolutely loooovely fiancé.
In terms of what 2018 has to offer, it's set to be a good'un. I've got three gigs lined up already which is a great way to start any year! There's looooots of travelling on the cards which is a dream come true for me. I'll get to explore parts of the world that I've always to go to with some beautiful people by my side. A big part of the plan is to smash my A-Levels and get into my first choice Uni and then actually go to Uni!
Soooo, yeah big things set for this year. LET'S GO.
